Whilst the PPF were not entirely successful in combating Australian
Intervention Forces, the botched capture and killing of the leader of the more moderate Bacau Socialist Movement, Sergio Xanana, has caused BSM followers to believe that the actions of the Australians were actually on behalf of the Indonesian government, and were not peace-keepers as they advertised.
Additionally, the BSM have started to receive the Sympathies of the East Timorese pro-Independence majority, and other moderate groups.

Anzac forces from Air troop 3 Squadron SASR based in Perth Western Australia have been despatched via Heli insertion into the jungles west of Maliana East Timor just 4 miles from the border of West Timor.
Secure the Area as a Forward Operating Base for a much larger Indonesian Incursion Force, neutralising any anti-Indonesian forces. RV with the Pancasila Popular Front.
Liaise with allied Indonesian forces in preparation for setting up an Interim regime once under the control of Indonesia. Eliminate all Anti-Indonesian Opposition using any measures deemed necessary.
Find allies. Find Weapons. Employ guerrilla tactics to delay, or even cancel Indonesian mobilisation to the area. If it becomes necessary to ally with the Australians, be sure to negotiate the release of the recently captured BSM accountant (he holds the BSM purse strings).
Insert via Heli drop, Establish up forward operating base, carry out recce patrols to locate and identify Indonesian military staging areas. Formulate assault plans to disrupt enemy movement and cease all hostile activity by incursion force. Secondary objective to
Locate and remove key figures within PPF and BSM.
FROM THE NORTH M42 J2 Redditch, Worcestershire Take the A441 until Junction of A422; turn left towards Stratford upon Avon and Ragley Hall (phone box on corner). The site is approx. ½ mile on the left-hand side. Look out for the Paintball sign, if you reach the T-Junction then you have gone to far.
FROM THE SOUTH M42 J3, Follow the A435 south past Alcester until reaching Arrow village. Turn right on the A422 towards Worcester, Worcestershire. There is a blue house on the corner opposite Ragley sawmill. Follow the lane for approx. 1-mile, keep a look out for the signs to the paintball venue. If you reach the entrance to Ragley hall then you have gone to far.
FROM M5- JUN 6/7 Follow A422 to Stratford. Follow road through Inkberrow until you get to T junction, turn left then immediate right back on to A422. The site is approx. ½ mile on the left-hand side. Look out for the Paintball sign.
