Booking Information

Here's the new booking form, please use with immediate effect.

All booking forms and deposits must be sent to the following address:

A 50% deposit and booking form is required for all events unless stated otherwise.

All cheques are to be made payable to Stirling Airsoft Ltd.

To aid the smooth running of events, you must complete the booking form and send it along with your deposit to the above address. Due to high demand for events, and to avoid confusion, we can only confirm bookings that include a completed booking form and deposit for each individual player.

If you have a preference as to which team you would like to be on or who you wish to play with then please state this in the team section of the booking form.

Bookings must be received at least 14 days before to the event, and deposits are non-refundable, neither can they be transfered to other events.

All bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis, and although we do appreciate the time it can take to collect all the information and deposits from large groups, we do have to adhere to this to be fair on everyone who wishes to attend our events.

We would recommend that large groups get individuals to send their bookings directly to us, or get one person to send a cheque for the whole group along with everyones completed booking forms.

All players under 18 must fill in the following form and return it with your booking form and deposit if you wish to attend our events.
