I've got

Shrewton Rd (aka B390)
Chitterne,
Warminster,
Wiltshire BA12

Lat: 51:12:25N (51.207)
Lon: 1:58:39W (-1.9775)

As a marker point, and I then browsed in manulally on the map to a bit that matched Ordance Survey grid reference SU 017 453 / SU 016 453 and set it for there - I've also been told to look on that road for 'Tank Track Q'

If you've got a TomTom (and know how to add POI files) I can send you the POI file for it.

NB - I've not been to the site either, but the same technique normally works pretty well for me on other sites

That's pretty much right on.  The FIBUA village itself doesn't have a postcode and wont show up on SatNav unless you've pre-programmed it in.  Get on the B390 (Chitterne Road), between Shrewton and Chitterne, and you'll notice a number of turnings off to the North.  Take Tank Crossing Quebec (look out for the letter "Q" at the side of the road), and stay on that track for about 1 mile - the village will be right in front of you, and you'll be met by a Stirling marshall who will require you to sign in.

Depending on the map your SatNav actually works on, the tracks may or may not appear - the one I have the tracks are visible, and it seems that the village is there as well (so I might have to keep the SatNav on the landy, and plot the main houses!  Grin)

Guys this should help aswell for those 'old school' map users  Wink

http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&tab=wl&q=

Type in Copehill FIBUA then press the + button (on the actual map)

You can type in your home address and it'll provide you directions to get to Copehill both ways.

...its even on google earth...useless info I know but there you are Grin
