Celebrations are taking place here in the chadian capital N'D'Jamena after a ferocious battle.

The recent shock elections sparked a series of demonstrations from the muslim community here.

security was stepped up in the area to protect the newly announced president Henry George Tuwkani. however he proved to be the western follower by announcing one of his first engagements to be with Mr GWBush & Mr Tony Blair & the leaders of western military forces.

this was seen as a slap in the face for the islamic community here & leaders of familys were seen gathering in & around the city.

the influx of Western military to the capital heightened tensions here and you could cut the atmosphere with a knife.

the recent speculation of a forming of a council was disclosed once Tuwkani & his ANP were sworn in.

The Devine brotherhood of Roy, which consisted of many families of the faith were gathered together to discuss their plans.

the Brotherhood intended a peaceful end to the current political climate here but the wests forces who brutally attacked local traders & were hands on & forceful with members of the local community, angered Kish Pankhania & his brotherhood.

At around 11Am local time a demonstration against the western interference was held in the streets of N'DJamena this peaceful protest was thrown into chaos as horrifying scenes of coalition forces manhandling protesters & then openening fire into the unarmed crowd killing innocent chadianswas witnessed.

The brotherhood who were mingled in with the crowd reacted to this by leading the protest past the governmental buildings.

several balaclavered men then entered the government chambers & snatched Henry George Tuwkani from his seat of power. HGT was then bundled intoi a van & disapeared into the back streets of chad

the crowd gathered around the builings & caolition forces were unaware that the capture had taken place. even reports of undercover special forces didnt even notice the snatch until its was too late.

A video of Tuwkani was posted to our news room & shows the ANP leader pleading for his life & confessing that he was placed in power by the west & that the elections were in fact orchastrated by the West.
he denounced his African National Party & confessed to be an employee of the CIA.

The capture & the confession by Tuwkani brought on a fierce street battle against the Infadels westenr interference.

the coalition forces held house to house searches & then began ingoring policy & protocol & began to raid local family homes without any form of a warrant & set local businesses on fire & stopped street traders from working.

they engaged any suspicous characters & several innocent victims were left dead in the streets.
people were arrested for suspision of terrorism when no evidence was proven & held captive against here will, interrogated & tortured.

the west under estimated the power of the recently formed Islamic power the Devine Brotherhood of ROY as they cleansed the streets with dirty fighting & a barrage of attacks against western forces. snatches on western news crews were carried out to give the infadel public the inside view of why this situation had occurred.
the city was looked to be under coalition control until the early hours of Sunday when a barrage mortar strikes & a storming of the city by the brotherhood families forced the coalition into the eastern end of the city & they were forced to retreat as a unruled N'DJamena needs to lick its wounds & re establish power.

The devine brotherhood of Roy have taken control of the govermental buildings & llok set to announce themselves as a new government.

With GH Tuwkani out of hospital in south africa after his capture during the bloody seige in N'DJamena he has given a interwiew to western televisoin news channels stating his intentions to return to the overturned city to regain his seat in power.

this will be easier said than done with reports still coming in or minor fighting across the eastern parts of the city.

The self proclaimed government headed by the rebelious DBR or devine brotherhood have not yet publicly announced any intentions for the city.

our russian affairs correspondant Jaque Meov reported from Moscow on police & military action & a protest march against the government on a so called fuel crisis. government officials deny any such claim & say the presence of military their is as a peace keeping means.

The Trial of the men arrested from sheffield after police raided several homes following the brutal end to a siege on a local leisure centre were due in court today.
evidence linking the men was discovered on mobile telephones & video footage found on the assasinated captors during the 2 day seige last July.
however their case has been adjurned as a member of the jury p stood down from the case.

In the wake of the crisis talks with Henry George Tuwkani & the Wests top powers The Self proclaimed leaders of the Chadian capital city have delivered an exclusive video tape interview to our HM News office.

the Video shows Kish Pankhania & two other figures speculated to be Cleric Al Ussan who went to ground after the elections and possibly the High ranking figure of Mohammed Hussein who was speculated to spearhead the assault on N'djamena.

The video tape see's Pankhania (now on the FBI's 10 most wanted list) issueing threats of further violence & bloodshed to the west if they do not completely withdraw from the eastern sector of the city.

The Tape continues with the bold statement that they are to remain in power & will re organise the governmental power within the city as HGT was an insurgent of the West & that the elections were fixed.

They are claiming responsibility for the recent abduction of a belgian reporter & claim they will behead the unnamed figure unless agreement is met within the next 7 day's.

Other News

Reports are still coming in from russia where recent protests & demonstration marches have been taking place in relation to the alleged growing fuel crisis.
Colonel Viktor Djorkaeff released the following statement.
"These protests are being orchastrated by young students hoping to make a name for themselves, they have no knowledge of fuel crisis and think they are being democratic by publically making a nusiance of themselves.
Russia in not suffering from any crisis, the division of our country has left some areas less priveleged than they were under the one state however we cannot accept the responsibility for this as they wished to be independant. our country is flourishing & our people are better off than thay have ever been.

when asked about the increased military presence in the capital the Colonel replied with the following.
" we have been approached by our police forces to aid in the policing of the Marches as the number of student & unemployed people who have nothing better to do are stretching thier resouces with these unncessary acts of rebellion".
"We are here to help police the streets as the masses have been asscending into the square and they are unpredictable, we are hoping top avoid violence against our police units who have on several occasions been assaulted"

The Media attention continues to spotlight these issues something which the government seem keen to avoid.

Trial Still suspended

The trail of the british men arrested under the terrorist act following so called evidence gained from a seige on a british leisure centre last july has still not been given a new date after a member of the jury had to withdraw from the case due to details that are still unkown to this news channel.

we are following the current media attention drawn to protests by dissidents in various states acroos russia.
origionally limited to moscow these protests haver gained a high follwing by some & it has caught the eye of the media.

The russian federation army appear to have taken jurisdiction here & an increased military presence is obvious to see.

but what is the truth behind these Marches is the question on many peoples lips here & across the world. Deputy Minister Colonel Djorkaeff has had several high profile visits with government officials & high ranking military figures this week. He is concerened that these marches are just trouble makers & sympathisers from afghanistan who are still bitter about russia's history there? he has discribed them as dissidents that must be removed from the streets.
Colonel Djorkaeff has again denied any fuel crisis and blames any deprovation or poverty of any state now distanced from mother russia their own fault and a consequence of their fight for independance from the motherland.

The Rumours over here a rife over the recent fire in the Government Records facility here in Tockcheva.

Thursady saw a meeting between local farmers & government officials over land rights and the discussions spilled over into a torrant of abuse at the government officials here, the meeting was adjurned due to the disruptive nature of the farmers & their inability to sit and discuss the issues in an oredrly fashion.

security was called in to remove the unruly crowd. a fire broke out within the building & investigators have pinpointed the cause of the blaze to an unextinguished cigarette that appears to have been dropped during the disbanded meeting with government officals. there is no suspision of arsen as they confirm that it may haver been dropped during the removal of the farmers as some force was needed to remove them from the premises.

A government spokes person confirms that this inncident is in no way related to the fuerl crisis allogations that are being banded around at the moment.

the fire does however leave the issue of damaged & now lost documents caused by the fire.

using knowledge & experience learned from their mistakes in afghanistan in the 80's, this are of fighting,tacticts & techniques gives the russian federation the right tools to teach geurilla warfare to newly formed allies the North Koreans.
the relationships formed here will also aid in the relationship process with china who Russia think will follow suite & hopefully become allies of mother Russia.

Only recently a US Navy 18 Hornet was shot down whilst undertaking recoinnaisance work of munitions factories of alleged chinese forces & the alleged location of a chinese garrison was found on intel retrieved from the hornets black box.
However official reports confirmed the garrsion was deserted at the time of the raid by Special forces units called in to deal with the suspect target.
raising the question was this all speculation by America & Britain to enter the country to try & see what the North Koreans are upto. Yes is the answer your looking for.

speculation is that the pilot of the 18 hornet lost control of his aircraft & ejected prior to crash landing, this opened the window for america & britain to send in military forces. although no wreckage of a plane was reported or discovered.

could Korea become a modern day vietnam for the west & their coalition forces.

does russia hold the key to becoming the world dominant power if its concretes the backing of its potential allies Korea & China.

A statement released by Alexander Vaskorov of the Siberian Liberation party has sparked outrage amongst russian government officials.

this comes after weeks of speculation about non existant fuel crisis & terror attacks on governmental buildings.

Vaskorov has angered government & military leaders by rallying a speech in which he declaires himslef as the the KHAN based on the savage Ghengis Khan who was deluded on world conquest.

Colonel Djorkeaff hit back at the siberian party leader by issuing a call to his military might to bring the body of Vaskorov to his feet. Djorfaeff also said:- "He has opened old wounds & dagged up the History, lets make this man history now by wiping him out!"

Ghengis Khan was a man who would stop at nothing including the murder of his own brother! does the SLP Leader have the makings of a Khan! or will the siberian tiger become extinct!
The federation are dcetermined to have the outcome of the latter.

the SLP frontman has spat back at the reciprocation from Djorkaeff that Vaskorov is a fallen idol & self proclaimed delugionary fool, by slamming the russian government & military forces as being mafia ran. and declaired the Deputy minister a bastard & a Paedophile. & that his military are a conscript of drug abusers unorganised battle worn rabble, who lick their wounds from the scars left from afghanistan.

Harsh words and the gauntlet has been placed firmly at the feet of the russain government, who are of the thinking that Alexander the not so great is conspiring to bring the down fall of mother russia for his own evil benefit.

there must be more depth to this situation for Vaskorov to dig his teeth in so deep, & who is behind this self proclaimed khan! Is the West backing this one trick pony to foil the good work russia has done in aiding the relationship of its new allies of North korea & china.. thats the question on lips at the moment here in the motherland.
will A.V. Khan of the people create civil unrest in his stride for his domination of russia a russia he proclaims is his country or are these the babblings of a madman.. and will they fall upon deaf ears.

As The russian government announces it will address her people at noon tomorrow, HM News looks to bring you the inside story on what could possibly be the brink of civil war.

Tomorrow at noon Colonel Viktor Djorkaeff will address the people of russia. he will deliver an awe inspiring speech in realtion to what he decsribes as a media circus & political stunt by the Siberian liberation party.

The Supreme commander the president has now decided to end this saga and tomorrows announcement will see the russian military colonel deliver the words of the supreme commander on this recent issue.

The siberian Liberation Party fronted by Alexander Voskorov has been a thorn in the side of the russian government since they declaired they wanted independence from mother russia, to bolster their campaign they have set about on a propoganda mission in attempt to draw media attention to them, could they even be linked to the recent terror attacks on russian governmental buildings? Vaskorov has also recently gone public and hurled a torrent of abuse at Colonel Djorkaeff in an attempt to get a knee jerk reaction & more media attention.

the Russian government & her military have towed the line till now playing down the situaton & trying to avoid unnecessary media attention as she herself forms new relations with North Korea & China.

However by ignoring the issue the problem has grown like a tuma within the Russian establishment & they can now no longer ingore this situation and tomorrow at midday russia will be addressed.

As you know our country is facing a plague, not an infectious medical epidemic but that of a man that will bedevil our good people & government.

It is with this in mind that I address the nation to inform you that :
We come to bury Vaskorov –not praise him or adhere to his Independancy
From the evil that this man has caused our supreme commander the president has asked to me issue the following statement.

“People of mother Russia when did we see you go hungry? When did we see you go thirsty or sick? When have you had to live your lives without energy or power? And we have not come to your aid when you requested it!

Vaskorov body found. Deputy Minister resigns, Nuclear device un accounted for.

The recent protests by the Siberian Liberation Party & their Leader the Self proclaimed Khan Alexander Vaskorov turned violent as their quest for independance & their media attention seeking turned nasty.

Russian military was sent to police the protests at the Novrenyia refinery Siberia, when gunmen opened fire on the Supreme commanders men. a battle for territory ensued an a mass number of casualties have been reported including the death of the Khan Himself Vaskerov.

A nuclear device known only as Novichney 17 which is apparently a cold war defence programme seemed to be the spearhead of vaskorov's intentions as he wanted to hold mother russia to ransom.

the federation army were outnumbered and were forced to retreat. this action has also seen the rsignation of Deputy minister colonel Viktor Djorkaeff.

HM News exclusive interview with former russian deputy minister Colonel Viktor Djorkaeff.

Jaque Meov- Hello & welcome, today we have an exclusive interview with Former Russian Deputy minister Colonel Djorkaeff. In his first interview since his resignation, I talk exclusively with the fallen prince.

JM- Greetings & welcome Colonel

V.D. Its Viktor now I am no longer colonel.

JM – Sorry! Viktor, So do you think you have thought this whole resignation through.

V.D. – it was not easy decision believe me, It has been most difficult thing I ever had to do.

J.M. – So what brought about this decision& was it a hasty decision.

V.D.- I have been in the military since conscription, I served my obligatory time & really enjoyed what Army Teach me & it gave me a sense of self worth, my family were poor & my father worked as a farmer like his forefathers, I did not want to be farmer like them.

When I signed up I was well fed & had a roof over my head, I work hard & I was doing my country & my family proud, So I signed on for life. I was with HQ 41 and kept my head down and worked hard at whatever my commander asked of me.
I graduated through the ranks, and sacrificed a lot to gain the position I held as Colonel to the federation.

As for hasty decision? I must say, I was left with no choice, my mission was failure.

JM- you say failure? How can you describe your mission a failure & what was your mission exactly.

VD- most of the details are classified on this but I can say we were to stop the rebels from entering the refineries, I had asked for increase military presence but the numbers we had were not enough. I had to work with what we had, we were there to police a peaceful protest. But the Dog Vaskorov, played dirty, he had external help outside of his party & rebel capability, he was too organised, he had snipers out during protest & picked off my men, we were forced to abandon our Rules of engagement. I lost a lot of good men, and mentally for me it was demanding being out gunned & losing ground a lot of memories of Afghanistan came back to me.
There was an unseen enemy behind Vaskorov’s plight, I have my suspicions but cannot say here & now, the Bear must once again hibernate.

JM- the reports say you did defend most of the area & you have the refinery protected by an inner & outer perimeter, so they can’t go anywhere from where they are and the media know its attention they are seeking for their cause. Plus the confirmation of the death of their leader Alexander Vaskorov has been announced. Surely that must give you a sense of victory knowing their leader has been taken down.

VD- The Body of Vaskorov was brought to my feet as I proclaimed. His lifeless corpse lay before me! How did I feel? I felt anger because it was my destiny to wipe out that gypsy. He was my target! I personally did not see the man drop to his knee’s. he was dead when he was brought to me, However we did remove their leadership, but this will not stop them it means a more deranged, maniac can take the reins of a misguided ship, hell bent on domination at any cost.
I am tired & grow weary & inpatient of protocol, politics & rules. I have been caged by them for years now. I know how to take victory, its about having the right tool for job.

JM – So tell me about Viktor Djorkaeff outside the Federation – what is he like.

VD- I am still finding that out myself, I have been in the machine for the majority of my life, everything I did involved the federation & the orders of my supreme commander. I have always been some form of rank never just viktor.

JM – So are you finding it hard to adjust to normal civilisation.

VD- like I said I do not know anything else other than the military, her ways & her secrets. My friends are all in the federation, or the government or have been killed in battle.

JM- So all those years working are you going to take some time out? If you could go anywhere where would be first on your list.

VD- Afghanistan!

JM- very funny Viktor, no really where?
VD- I am serious I lost a lot of Commrade’s out in Afghanistan, I learned a lot about myself there & there are some demons I need to bury too. I spent some major years of my life fighting there, So I am going back to trace the steps of my ghosts and lay them to rest.

JM- So anywhere else on your top destination list Viktor

VD – for me there are many place to visit but that is my business.

JM- What are your intentions in relation to work now Viktor! Will you go into politics or governmental work.

VD- niet, No, I have seen & heard enough bullshit to last me a lifetime. That’s not a slur against my government but that of other countries, they are sly & backstabbing liars out to fill their own pockets.
I have a list of priorities that I will follow, these will lead me to work of different nature but I cannot digress more on this.

JM- How do you feel about….

VD- interview is over now, I go.
JM- Viktor is this the last we have seen of you

VD- maybe last you see but not last you hear of me Dasvidania that is all I say now.

JM- Well thanks to Viktor Djorkaeff the former Military front man, will this be the last we see of Viktor Djorkaeff, will he rest his ghosts. Can a man who has spent the majority of his life in the military retire like this?

The City of Pyong Yang has stepped up its rebuilding process, after the devastation from July 4th & 5th earlier this year by western forces.

the city took heavy artillary & was scene to a bloody battle. Chi Pan military leader & governmental official's plea's for aid for the North Korean city fell on deaf ears & were left in a state of devastation by the west.

However it appears that money & Aid is being flooded into the rebuilding of Pyong Yang. as yet the source of this aid is unqualified, however if the cries of the Norths corrupt government are to be heard then it could be linked to Afghanistan or Iran in the form of plutonium trading.

The Three men charged under the terrorist Act after their arrests in sheffield england following evidence obtained during a failed hostage situation at a local leisure centre last july has taken place at the Crown Court.
Evidence & intelligence gathered at the scene linked the 3 suspect s to the Durkhastania Party who claimed responsibility for the siege.
Judge Ben Harper - described the 3 men as shallow minded criminals who have betrayed the crown & their country of birth, and have pledged themselves to a cult that rely's solely on martyrdom, giving their lack of respect for human life & that of their own life's Judge Harper Sentenced the men to life inprisonment,isuing a warning to young muslims alike that there is a Better way! there severity of their sentence is so that they will live both sides of the gun and learn a valuable lesson.

Showkat Ali (21), Kiron Chowdhury (18) and Asit Begum(20) now face the remainder of their lives at her majesty's pleasure.

The Devine Brotherhood of Roy have announced they are to issue new laws governing N'dJamena the chadian capital. this is the first major public announcement since the DBR claimed themselves as the new govwernment after ousting the fallen Tuwkani. who is still in exile.

It seems that 2008 has started the way 2007 finished, after the mass bloodshed & slaughter suffered by our brothers & sisters around the globe, it appears that the west have got the knife in early.

Recent reports by a rival Western news channel of an uprising by Taliban & al Queda factions in the Puktis valley have sparked anger from the elders in Afghanistan. It appears once again they are being scape goated to gain popularity from the people of the western world by their government for their troops lack of efficency in recent battle theatre's.
popularity & backing of any military involvment & military justification is at an all time low in the western world.

a cleric who has an alliance with the taliban told HM News that any recent claims of fighting or ambush's in the Puktis Valley has nothing to do with them. they are not claiming responsibility for any recent Vehicle bombings on the Khandahar highway either.

Speculation is on the west here as the people of Afghanistan think the west is looking for excuses to thier losing battle against what they call terror & what the middle east calls a play for oil domination.
