Message to Kings loyal guard!
from King JJC

thegra colonel of my royal guards, the date is set for my daughters birthday parade on the saturday the 14th of june a royal parade shall take place upon our streets, see to it that the necessary arrangments are to be put into place, we will perimmiter the city & conclude our parade back at the palace, where there will be a dignatorys ball in honour of my daughter, world figureheads & ambassadors will hopefully be in attendance to this event & i want to show the world how secure Sudan & our city is, this is an ideal platform to show our wares as it were to the governments of the nations and seal our agreements wich will benefit the royals & those loyal to her.

on friday i intend to address our people on the eve of the parade to reassure them that this is purely to celebrate their prinesses birthday! no mention should be leaked of our agreement with foreign military to use our soil as a platform, this will do us more harm that good at this stage, let us get the people on side & in our pockets before any news breaks of our treaty.

i trust you will treat this information with the greatest security & delicate sensativity it requires

your king & friend

Message to foreign secrtary british government
CC: british ambassador Sudan
Message From King Jubba Jubba Chuffa

Dear foreign secretary,
to soften the blow of our agreement for british forces to utilise an airfield and use Sudan soil as a base of operations in the event of militaary involvement within & around africa i have pledged a public holiday to my people and i am going to the taxpayers expense of providing a celebration & public parade in order of my daughters birthday.

my reason for this is to get my people on side prior to any official knowledge of our agreement being leaked & would ask that our dealings be kept secret until after such events.

i am hosting an ambassadors ball on the evening of the celebrations & extend my warm welcome to you & the british ambassador for your attendance, please extend this offer to your premier also.

i thank you for your co-operation in this matter

Message to Thegra Colonel of Royal triba army & Hubba Hubbar Chuffa Chief of kings security & personal Guard.
from His Highness The King.

morning men, firstly i will want to know what you have arranged for the security Hubba, as your my cheif & loyal guard above all you are my son & heir, and as such will be in attendance for your sisters Parade & party, so you will need to ensure all your plans & arrangements are made! i suggest you have Thegra takes this role, he can protect us in your absence from post.

Thegra if this is to happen this means your army must be generalled by your second! though you will continue to oversee both, but during the parade you will guard my daughter & make sure she is safe, as much as i love my country & its residents, many are opposed to us as were bloodline tribal royals, we will give some of the responsibility to general fyid & his national guard as im sure they are dying to get in on the action & will kick up dust should we leave them out in the cold, remember guys, now we have this treaty with the british, i dont think the generals of the NG will be to pleased i have arranged their facilities to be a lauch pad for assaults on africa should the issue warrant such action. we are about to become unpopular for a while, so i suggest thegra & hubba that you put all perimmiter & parade security into the hands of the NG (National Guard) that way they have the task of protecting the event & us! this will please the whining general & keep him off our backs & put us in high regard with the generals of the NG as they feel part of our gathering.

keep me posted

Message to British Foreign Secretary
from King Jubba Jubba Chuffa

Dear foreign secretary,
my communication with you is hard for me to make, given the current political climate & state of affairs here in Khartoum at present, I as king must ask if there is any possibility of military support. i offered my soil to your military to use as a forward base of operations & landing port, should you ever need it. i risked the vote of my people in doing this & now i face the wrath of a general who is trying his best to de throne me from power, if the general has his will then any vantage point we have agreed will be lost, your route into africa will be ceased as many of this great continets doors are manned by either  the IRC or a power struggle of some other nature.

You know as well as i do this cannot be a one way treaty & i was promised aid when needed, the time is fast upon us foreign secretary,  my army is a loyal tribal army, spawned from generations of fighters but i am losing men daily in street fighting, my family is under house arrest almost as i dare not risk them being seem for fear of thier lives, i may even have to consider evacuating them if the situation should worsen.

General fyid has not gone to ground as many assume he is growing in strength, many of his fighters surrendered to my army but each day there is fighting in some form or another acroos khartoum.
i am a loyal honourable man of my people, i would not ask if i did not deem it necessary, Khartoum is on the brink of collapse her future needs to be secure
will you help me.

your friend & comrade
