As of June 2008 any persons wishing to photograph or video anywhere outside of the safe areas at our games on MOD locations (eg Catterick/ Copehill Down etc...) will need to supply us a copy of the material and inform Stirling Airsoft of any intended use in the public domain and gain permission before it enters it due to MOD restrictions.
In addition to the current agreements and waivers made when signing into events there will also be one to cover these circumstances which must be signed before being allowed on site.
Failure to adhere to this new system will result in the individual or groups not returning to a Stirling event on an MOD site as we have taken responsibility for enforcing this agreement.
This does not mean you cannot put your footage or photos into the public domain but all who wish to must send us a copy and submit their intentions with your
name and
intended use (including website details) to
info@stirlingairsoft.com for approval.
In addition to this, any non-playing individuals wishing to photograph or video will require permission from Stirling Airsoft to attend and will also require to complete a booking in form for health and safety reasons. Anyone turning up without either of the above will be refused admission.
Many thanks for your future cooperation.
Stirling Airsoft.
