Were not making  progress identifying the KGB source leaking intel to the DBR. We have drawn a complete blank whoever he is hes good at covering his tracks. Weve checked all the personel records at the Salamat headquarters on the day the message was tracked to there but it seems everybody whos anybody within the KGBNA was in Salamat that day for some kind of conference so that only expands the suspects list. my guys have been through it all with no luck but ive forwarded it back to UK agencies and over to the CIA as well as the MOSSAD but nothing has come back yet.

Im sure your aware by now of the little trip into Niger but again that proved frsutrating only throwing up a new name for our list of  unknowns The Nigerian has been added to the list with the Libyan and the Egyptian.

There is the possiblity that these names mean very little but im starting to get a nasty feeling that each of these countries which surround the CHAD may have commited specialists to work against UK/US troops. Seems pretty far fetched until you recall Azears original plan to unite Africa against western interference. I have teams working around the clock to get more intel on these names and we are cross refrencing with other agencies to see if the have found any mention over the years.

The OC of Task Force White has requested me and my guys go with them to Koro Toro. There is new intel suggesting that the DBR commander for the north is there in Koro Toro. He wants SOIG on the ground generating HUMINT for the Task Force so they can go in and either lift or eliminate Lokis Tahri who it seems has assumed command of northern forces. My asset claims this is a new development and most likely the previous commander was killed or wounded during storm king but he claims limited knowledge of Tahri and his activities.

Ill be moving my guys over there within 24 hours and will update you as things develop

Big break today the task force boys pinged Lokis Tahri 36k south of Koro Toro and heading North.

We are in place and have eyes out watching for his approach.

My asset sent word earlier that something is in the works. He doesn’t know what they have planned yet it’s being kept very hush hush and he’s not been privy to the details.

But if Tahri is coming here it’s a fair bet he’s involved in whatever is going on.

Something still bothers me about this guy. He has appeared almost from nowhere and now is a major if not THE major player in Northern CHAD.

I’d put money on the bastard knowing all about the names on our list it may be worth a shot to get the geeks to cross check him against all the files on Nigerian, Libyan and Egyptian radicals. Its a longshot but any intel we can get on him will help us bring him in let me know if anything turns up.

weve made a breakthrough in the hunt for the KGB traitor. After passing what intel we had over to other agencies and then reviewing the stuff they sent back my guys found a link with the phone used to make the call from Salamat. The same phone was used in a call that triggered certain word flags with Israels Mossad. It seems the phone was registered making a call from Chad shortly before the election announcement in N’Djamena last August. Its unclear why we didnt pick this call up ourselves but possibly it had some kind of encryption that we haven’t cracked although its clear the Israelis have which is something we may need to address in the near future but it seems that the flagged words actually mean very little to us its what else the brief recording captured that interests me.

The call was placed to a cell tower in Lagos Nigeria it lasted for just over a minute. The Mossad wouldnt tell me exactly what words flagged the call but assured me that its nothing of our concern. The caller is heard speaking firstly to whoever answered the phone his name is unknown and at this time unimportant, the caller requests to speak with the Nigerian and a second person comes on the line immediatly.

KGB?:They will swear him in within the hour Alluma will be president.

Nigerian: Is that your guess? or do you know for definate?

KGB: Its my guess but mark my words everybody here knows it his support is huge.

Nigerian: Maybe he is the right man for the job. Are you sure you want to make this decision now?

KGB: Im sure. If things go to plan ill be uniquely placed throughout the whole thing. We are at the table now my old friend when the time is right i will make our move and you will return to Chad with Glory. Begin Immediatly.

Nigerian: It will be done

This adds into all the comms traffic we have picked up talking about this Nigerian who may actually be Chadian. were currently searching through the last 20 years of Chadian citizens in other countires that could fit the bill. If this is the case then its possible that the other names mentioned are also codenames the Libyan and the Egyptian could well be Chadian. Of course this could all be wrong but im looking into it personally.

The caller himself remains unknown but we have narrowed the list of suspects. We can confirm that out of the 300 KGBNA present at the time of the Salamat call 15 were not actually attending any of the meetings at the time of the call. I have the names of those men and im looking very closely at some very powerfull people. For this reason im not going to name those names until i have only one name left. Im sure you can understand my reasons for this sir and you will know as soon as i do.

Also my advance team reported in from Ati this evening they arrived under darkness last night and have spent the day setting everything up. It seems Ati is a regular Mos Eisley a serious distribution hub for the Haribo gangs running Moam coast to coast. Ill be there in 48 hours we will get teams up and running i can observe operations while chasing the mole.

You will know more when i do.

We are up and running in Ati and this place teeming with bad people.

My guys are curently going through every report we have trying to find any mention of this French student. So far we have confirmed that he attended university in Paris before working for a large pharmecutical  company working on biochemical weapons projects among other things and then he got mixed up with ETA the Spanish terror group which bought him to the attention of Spanish and French authoritys.  Just as he was about to be arrested he seems to have  been tipped off  and fled underground until now. Something big is planned and this guy is up to his nuts in whatever it is.

I've assigned one of our teams to keep an eye on the PM and his minister but i want it on record that i advised that this trip was cancelled.

We are set up in the factory quarter and the KGBNA advance team are just up the road on the edge of the slum quarter. I spoke with one of there officers earlier and Hatemi is expected to arrive on friday with the rest of his troops. in the meantime he has ordered his men to begin creating an intel picture for him so he can begin immediate operations. Ive struck a deal to share any intel that may help them in return for the same from them. Obviously i will vet any intel before its handed over but in the spirit of cooperation i will help out where i can.

My guys are also creating an intel picture for TFG we have identified several people we would like to “talk” with and i have begun tasking teams on individual HVTs.

I expect to have more for you in the next 48 hours and will update as soon as anything develops here

Threat Update

Formation and infrastructure of KOA Knights Of Azear

KNOWN HISTORY

The KOA were formed under the guidance of Udabi Azear shortly before his capture in Khartoum Uganda with the sole purpose of taking the African conflict to the cities of western governments felt to be meddling in African problems.

Azear himself selected 3 of his most trusted generals to form a controlling body Seperate to his IRC International Revolutionary Council which he felt would be unable to carry out the objectives he intended for the KOA This became known as the council of three.

Each member of this council controlled isolated cells with limited knowledge of each other and operations to minimise the risk of compromise. Each of the 3 would report directly to azear but would plan and carry out operations as they saw fit.

Azears  capture by coalition forces Meant that he never actually saw his project completed  and it wasn’t until after the former Generals execution that the cells  actually carried out their first attacks Which was publicly announced as a campaign of attrition and was aimed at major cities across Europe.

During the winter and Christmas of 2007 car bombs in  Tenerife playa las Americas, Paris champs elyse and the London Harrods store bombing bought terror to the streets of Europe. And the planned spectacular on londons tower bridge which was stopped by SI7 . After the failed tower  bridge attack the campaign seemed to die. But 2 years later a new and more deadly KOA began to show itself.

RECENT HISTORY

Inteligence picked up by various coalition task force units during Alexander 2 shows that the KOA is back with new methods and new recruits. anaylists claim that the original 3 cells may now have swelled into double figures all running independant  operations and very rare is there any contact other than between the council of three.

Suspects have been questioned and some even charged but a truly definite living member of the KOA is still to be confirmed. Following the extremists Azearean methodology they are a force to be reckoned with. and now they have redeveloped those links with hardline DBR factions they are once again posing a clear and present threat.

Further Intel has stated that the KOA is planning another spectacular which is aimed at toppling Allumas KGB government. the time or location of this spectacular is unknown at this time. But it is the job of each and every agent to work around the clock to stop them before they can carry it out.
