Booking formPlease use this form as from today.
IMPORTANTTo aid the smooth running of events, we ask you please to complete the booking form which can be found on this forum and send it along with your deposit to the address at the bottom of the form. Due to high demand for events and to avoid confusion all round we can only confirm bookings that include a completed booking form for each player and deposit.
If you have a preference as to which team you would like to be on or who you wish to play with then please state this in the team section of the booking form.
Bookings must be received at least 14 days prior to the event, and deposits are non-refundable or transferable to other events. You can however transfer your deposit to someone else by notifying us either by emailing
matt@stirlingairsoft.com or by post. Please advise the name of the person of who's deposit is being transferred and who it will be transferred to (this must be confirmed by the person who's name the original booking is in).
All bookings are accepted on a first come, first served basis, and although we do appreciate the time it can take to collect all the information and deposits from large groups, we do have to adhere to this to be fair on everyone who wishes to attend events. I would recommend that large groups get individuals to send their bookings directly to us, or get one person to send a cheque for the whole group along with everyones completed booking forms.
