We've got in the Head and Shoulders Ghilly from UK Sniper Systems. These were developed to supply soldiers with similar amounts of concealment that the sniper has, but ready made, lightweight and allow for a pack to be carried while being worn. The H&S Ghilly works on the idea that in most situations a soldier wants to blur the give away shape of the head and shoulders. Most times this is the part that is shown when lying prone and observing over and around obstacles. Unlike a normal ghilly made from hessian allows heat to build up and is heavy when wet, the H&S Ghilly can be worn all the time, and just flip the hood up when you need it.
