Operation Red Tide

18/19th April, Combat Mission @ ShadowOpz, Kent

Location:Zaragoza - Colombia

Situation: With South America once again producing more cocaine than at any point during the Pablo Escobar years SI7s organised crime task force  SOCA will work alongside Colombian narcotics police to locate, identify and shut down the Cartels means of production and distribution.

Mission:

SOCA

Operating from within the HQ compound of the Colombian Unified Narcotics Teams  C.U.N.T  SOCA will infiltrate the local area and identify key figures and facilties. Working in conjunction with C.U.N.T  to carry out raids and high profile arrests.

Priority objective will be to discern the location and gain positive ID on the cartel druglord Ramirez Salazar AKA El Gordo- The Fat One. The illusive kingpin rose to power 5 years ago after a long and bloody turf war with rival cartels left him with total control of the regions narcotics industry. Unconfirmed intel suggests Salazar may also have links with several guerilla groups linked to terror activity namely wanted terrorist Kezus Hylandre.

SOCA must work to shut down Salazars operation and arrest him or if need be eliminate him.

Salazar Cartel

Maintain security at labs and continued safe distribution links throughout the region.

Eliminate any competition from upcoming rival groups

So come on then, who's going?  F-Troop will be working for C.U.N.T.  for the weekend!

Can anyone confirm times for briefing/game on on sat?

Safety brief start at 9-930 and then game on will be by 11.  All players must be present prior to 9am on site.

All players who have signed up to the C.U.N.T. team should pay particular attention to the kitlist as we will be out in the woods overnight.  Make sure you have a shelter sheet or basha amongst your team and some warm/wet kit and sleeping bag.

No problems there.

Can you confirm/deny the availability of water or power to charge batteries for those arriving friday night?

In my experience of playing at the shadow opz site, there is no water available, so suggest you bring plenty. Power is there on a normal walk on day, as a generator, but would think power points will be very limited on friday night if Dino brings the generator. I pre-charge all my batteries before i play there mate.

Cheers.

 Cheers Ed,

Just to back that all up, make sure you bring plenty of water so you're self sufficient as there is nowhere to fill up your waterbottles on site and also charge your batteries before you come otherwise you'll be shouting bang rather than shooting bb's.

If anyone has difficulty wiith this then email matt@stirlingairsoft.com asap
