Address to All members of the International Revolutionary Council

Brothers of our Table, welcome
The International Revolution Council has been estasblished to unite all the great Warriors of our time, The Alliance of the greatest rebel army's, Revolutioary parties, and world power leaders who oppose the American & british governments & their coalition forces, their Global strike forces & govermental policies & the western attempt at world domination.

No longer will we allow them to dictate to us, No longer will our people suffer their unnecessary trespassing on our soils of our lands that have nothing to do with them.

We are not extremists my brothers, we are not murderers or terrorists!
We are a new breed of super power, like minded with the same passion & drive for freedom & rights.
We will not be blinded by religion for we are of many different spiritual paths, we have different gods But we have the same Ambitions and goals.

let us not stack the odds against us by being part of small groups fighting greater numbers & resources & coming second best- No longer shall we hide in the shadows of victory- we will strike with intent, motive & claim reward for our plight.

We will step away from extremism, I know some of you were classed as extremists but like the snake we must shed the skin & like the pheonix we will rise from the flames stronger, greater & more powerful than they could ever imagine us to be.

Hence us being called a council- governments will take heed of a council! a body, an organisation of leaders.

We need structure,resources & wealth to suceseed, by pooling our resources togther we can achieve this.

Myself & the heads of Council have put together a resolution for the council these must be adheared to at all times failure to comply will have heavy consequence for the leader responsible.

We must look to accomodate the finest warriors & their Army's or parties/ followers. to constantly recruit & strengthen our council.

heads of council will be voted in as will new members to the council.

any rebel sanction chossing to avoid the appointment to council shall be addressed by us & have to them our ruling made clear.

You will still remain your parties/army's individual identity, you may act as individuals & claim responsibility in your own right, as long as your sanctions are passed by the council.

although as yet we will keep our identity from the world as long as we can, so that we may establish correctly

look upon us as a union- we have your interests at heart & if we feel we can help you, we will back you.

Meeting Minuets from IRC April round table.

Chairman adressed the council with prayers.

Thanks were given for the donations to the council.

New Member Kesus of the Cronk revolution was inducted into the council -sworn in by the Chairman & seconded by DBR.

Kesus made his inorgoration donation addressed the council & thanked them for his seat at their table.

The Cronk rebellion was discussed in breif & the benefits they gained were disclosed to the council including money, arms & narcotic quantaties.

Govermental issues for CHAD were discussed The Devine brotherhood of Roy reported on their current status & a reversion of power was put forward from the chairman's secretary, this was met with much disapproval not only from DBR representative but also other council members, they feel this seat of governing strengthens their situation, the DBR have ruled since last august although their policies are somewhat sketchy.
Chairman gave then till august which will be a 12 month period to report on progress & reform. timescale was seconded & all approved.

General Azear & his intended execution was spoken about, plans of action as protest in the event of his execution were discussed and are currently being drawn up.

A letter was drafted requesting the re trail of General azear as the trial he is currently getting was deemed unfair & biased in favor of the western government.

New bylaws were issued by the council to all members and their parties stating the resolution of the council, that any action or planned protest must be passed by the council. failure to do so will result in action by the council against its leader. the dossier was read & all council members signed to say they had read & understood the document

The appointment to the council of Bounty hunters or single agents/ mercanaries was discussed a number of assassins were recommended to the council to act as agents of the council.
being that the IRC is made up of revolutionary parties or rebel army's the council agreed that the advantage of individual agents working for them would aid in certain areas.
the appointment of several agents and spies were agreed & contact with the named mercanaries was to be made & reported on at the next meeting.

proposal for council representative to hold talks with western governmental officials & recognition of the council by their governments were drafted awaiting finalisation.

Brothers before our next meeting i wish us to be united when i approach the table to undeline our rules that all individual members cells activity is to be brought before the council, all assests attained by a member must also be disclosed.

there are many who would wish to see the downfall of our table & its members.. rumours can become cancerous & grow with damaging effect.. infact the tounges have already started to wag & i do not want internal revolt, i will have order within the council & procedure will be followed. brothers united we were formed & united we will go forth..
Penalty for not adhearing to these rules will be heavily punished- this also goes for the hierarchy we must leasd by example & make an example of those who do not follow the code.

We will convien in my chambers prior to the next meeting to discuss our agenda.

Brothers of the Table we are addressed today by the Devine brotherhood of Roy, as We know the DBR are our eyes & ears In the CHAD and have excelled in quelling the west and their puppets from this region.

They bring to our table a request: give them your ears then our opinion

Brothers of the Council as you know since we ousted Tuwkani & his western thinking, we have taken Chad by an iron rod, no more will the west pupeteer our people, the people now work for us, drink our water & breath our air, yet they think they are free for we allow them to live in a way that deludes them from our reality.
They are happy, They tryust us & more imorptantly they REPECT us.

Unfortunatly increasing pressure from the west for them to regain control & our obligastion to the council left us with an option to consolidate the power, and we have started talks with Mailk Sangola, a man i despise yet respect for turning up..

We hold The IRC & their values greatly & this move see's us as being approachable & reasonable.
Brothers we have been just that until now, we co-operate with justice yet they issue the Death Penalty on our General Azear, Our Brother, a man who influenced most in this room a man of Power & repect.

I can not sit & bow down to the west whilst they spit in our face like this.

Council Brothers i ask you to pass the motion i present to you.

We currently hold Sangola- the world thinks we are in peace talks, how can i talk peace with a man that supports the death of a brother. i ask for you as i have asked Allah, for his blood. an eye for an eye brothers.

Show them we are not a bunch of terrorists as they so brand us!  but an International council to serve court on a government that failed its people.
I find that Sangola & tuwkani are Guilty of such a crime & the penalty be death. my court has ruled, just as the west have ruled. behind closed doors averted from the eyes & ears of the free & open minded.

If we allow them to take power or share the responsibility we have lost to them, we have shown weakness and that will grow against us, lose us our respect & power & the backing of our people.

Council Brothers vote now for me to kill Sangola & rise up against the decision to murder Azear. think of what the General has done for us all here around this table, like him or not, but respect him you must.

Brother of the ROY i thank you for allowing the Council to hear your request.
i Acknowledge that you were prepared to give up your seat of power  in CHAD or at least share it, you have proven to me that your obligation is with the council.
your right in what you say about our affiliation with General Azear, you are right that the council was formed as a power to be recognised.

but we must sit on higher ground than those who commit these murderous acts before us, we must show the west we are not  wild fanatical butchers. who kill an innocent man as do they.
the brothers have spoken at lenght about this & have concluded this.
The IRC cannot be seen to be responsible for the death of an innocent government official as this will spark our demise nor can we watch our much loved & respected Azear's death go un punished.

We the IRC grant you the DBR to carry out your request on the grounds that the DBR take full responsibility for their actions, the IRC cannot be seen to sanction such an act, however we will neither condemn or praise the act. we will blame those who have caused this "reaction" the blood will be on their hands. we will met with the west & ask them to let us handle the situation, you will be tried  by the council & you will walk free. this is my offer to you.

Chairman, We write to you as our cell who are the Angels of Azear, Since the capture of our General we have still been active but more on an individual basis. We have forged links & alliances with many factions on many levels.

We have heard that you are supporters of Our General &  stand against the death penalty issued against him.

Our fallen leader is to be murdered at the hands of the West. We do not want to lose our identity & are looking to join your council, if you are looking for strengh & numbers i am also have good contact with the Durkastani's although they are extremists im sure they would be an asset to the council as would we.

I have followed the progress of your council & i am pleased as is General Azear of the angle you have chose to fight the west.

General Azear thanks you for his loyal support & if  he does face the noose, i have a message to give to you personally from him.

Brothers of the Council Welcome to our table, Once again the will of the World that is Allah word has brought us to another meeting, there are many topics to discuss & alot to get through on our agenda. i thank you all for your attendance & those of us who do not even bother to explain why we do not attend i frown upon this act of ignorance.

Sons Of Allah we all are & we have been given an oppertunity to make a name for our council, i have asked the west for us to hold court over the recent death of the Ambassador Sangola who was being escorted around CHad by the DBR, the Devine Brotherhood is one of our own & we all know what is behind this.

but we will challenge the west as agreed.

Members of the council many of you know me, & for those that dont, my people were the protectors of General Azear, hand picked & trained by the man many of us see as more than a general.
his murder by the west will be an attrocitie & should be punished, but i acknowledge that the council is moving in a different direction & i would like my party to become part of the council.

Many of you will know us as radicals & our extremism does not suit that of your council i know, but we are a better friend than foe & we will during council duties tow your line & share your train of thought. We do not denounce our true religion or path of justice but see a new path with the council.. use us as you will & we will serve you well. we bring with us a strong army of dedicated men, munitions & bomb making specialists- masters of espoinage, we have cells across the globe, we are not a cash rich army but a holy & powerful dedicated one & this is what we offer to the council.

Council, you will notice that the Cronk Faction is again unrepresented, i am hearing things about activity & personal vendetta in relataion to the Cronk leader Kesus, the council made it clear that any activity be it monatary or physical must be passed through our council, as did our freinds the DBR. they lead by example, yet the Cronks show lack of respect.
I want a full report & appology from the Cronk revolution for their lack of respect thus far & a meeting with Hylandre to discuss his future on the council.

as per your request to find kesus Hylandre, we have gained knowledge of his recent activity, he appears to be in a head lock with an eastern bloc male, he appears to be playing mind games with this person, whom we think is a russian, he appears to be trying to broker a deal over some old cold war device, those details are sketchy at present? but he has been active to & from Afghanistan, & eastern Europe!

I dont think he has compromised the Hawalla as he seems pre occupied with his deal he is trying to forge.
i think the contract you have on him should be held off untilk we can confirm who his buyers are?

**** ** ******** i acknowledge your last communication & thank you for your opinion, but Hylandre has written his own contract he has been given many an oppertunity to conform to us! it would take a great gesture from him for me to change my will on his head!
However given the current agenda we have before us with the trial of the DBR & Azears pending sentence, plus the Chad situation i am prepared to put this situation with The bolivian on the back burner.if you have contact with him tell him he is on borrowed time unless he presents himself before me begging for forgiveness, & i will abide by allah's will!

as for the other european issue, i need confirmation that we have ceased the Hawalla trail across europe.
i want all money currently in circuit to be brought to the Bank in chad! our focus & numbers will be gathering there over the coming months, all tributes & monies must be brought in to us! spread the word & let it be done

Sulli i need you & nthe DBR to organise a gathering of the families within Chad, they intend to Hang Azear by the neck in public & to add insult to injury they intend to do it infront of the Chadian people, those who loved, Worhiped & repected the man.
this is a spit in our faces on the anniversary of our victory over the coalition & your enrollment as new governors of the city.

I want to to make plans for the families to get together to meet & congregate within the city & to protest against the public humiliation against our man Azear.
i do not want unorganised street riots, or individual pockets of fighting, i want controlled manipulation of the situation & then want you to throw everything yo have at the coalition forces & un forces within the  city, wash our streets of their filth. & take the body of Azear to the House of ROY ready for burrial.

get the families to bring all their money 7 resources as we may need them, i have also diverted all the Hawalla Monies & bullion to be held in the city, so you have funding to do as disired, bribe the police, bribe the Security companies & influx the city & strike upon my command.

remember the IRC will in no way publically back this movement & will be seen to condem any violence used.

Message to Sulliman Nasarrat From IRC Chairman  ******** *******

Sulli,
i have read & digested your report from your efforts in Chad, firstly may i congratulate your families for such bravery & warrior spirit  in their fight for N'djamena,

Ideally we at the IRC wanted a peaceful outcome to this & i know you tried to make agreements for the city to be divided into a no fire zone & the Infadel coalition renaged on your deal & also the 12million chad francs they promised.

The war in chad has proven dividends now for the Name of the IRC & The greater good, the western governments are now starting to recognise us as a governing/ political body for many of the obstacles that are in their way, for their greed ridden nets they cast across the globe, in their quest for world domination of  oil & other natural resources !! we know it is nothing more.

They have opened negotiations with us & have asked us to broker a deal! this is a move in the right direction for us!
The west would like to operate a hearts & minds operation in Chad, they feel that they approached from the wrong angle & would like to open the door for a peaceful tour through the city, doing an inspection job for the UN.
there are suggestions that we are trying to build or hold nuclear weapons a claim we have denied greatly but in matters of such high security, the word of the IRC is not enough- they need proof! We  know it is a lame excuse to move into N'djamena & gain some moral back for their beaten down troops!

As you know the Council has always taken the front of a non violent organisation but a political voice for those who repel the west.
with this in mind & the doors we have opened during our negotiations with the western governments the IRC propose the following.

The Devine Brotherhood of Roy who were supporters of Azear & rulers of the Capital N'djamena Chad herby agree to a mutual Ceasefire within the capital city. As a show of good faith & support they will agree to step down from their governmental role within N'djamena, however as a compromise they will not hand over the reigns to a western puppet like Tuwkani, but will allow a non biased, neutral party to take leadership, on the condition that the coalition reduce there manpower within the city & withdraw many of the troops that are based in there at present.

The party the council has chosen will be the Kanem Guera Brotherhood, whose history in africa & chad stems back to the 8th century. They are independent & considered old school within their politics & beliefs, they do not oppose the west but will not allow them to dictate to them either, the good news is they want to please the council & will do as & what we say!! Therefore giving us command & control from a guise of conforming to a resolution with the west.

As for the DBR, the council is much pleased with your efforts & loyalty & you will be rewarded with a new governmental role in the Congo eventually gaining residing control in Katanga, We will oust the Kezembe Ghurillas who rule with an iron rod with a similar style of deal only they will not be given anything once we remove them from their power, this will mean you will have opposition once in power but will gain you a stamp of authority once you confirm your position in the country.

As you know Katanga is a large producer of Gold, Diamonds & Radium, along with the other fine minerals it boasts copper etc etc. we need good men controlling not a ghurilla faction. We at the council will deliver Katanga to you in exchange for your removal from Chad, this will show the government that the IRC is a government with power & action.

I will speak with you over the coming weeks as I assemble the treaty.

Message to Sulliman Nasarrat From IRC Chairman  ******** *******

Sulli,
i bring news on the developments of the peace talks with chad, we are now liasing with the American & british governments & have attended a summit meeting and have agreed the following:

With immediate effect The DEVINE BROTHERHOOD of ROY will relinqush their position within the Chad & hand over governmental control.

The new term will see a power share position between The KANEM GUERA BROTHERHOOD  who as the eldest tribe in Chad will be the voice of the people &  George Henry Tuwkani the previous President, who will be the figurehead for the african's  & the west.

This agreement will see the Withdrawal from chad of the DBR & their followers & also a number of coalition forces.
the forces that remain behind will be aiding UN officials who will inspect N'djamena & surrounding villages for WMD sites/ stores. and to carry out hearts & minds patrols throughout chad & help rebuild the damage caused during the recent conflict both mentally & structurally.

The aid will be given as a gift & not in the form of a loan or an addition to the debt for aid currently outstanding.
The West wants to forge a new alliance with africa & the people of Chad & feel that the DBR's laws & political beliefs are too extreme.

The compromise will benefit both parties greatly we get the West to rebuild Chad for free, we  still gain an element of control within the government & also The IRC will be recognised as a Govermental body.

The Council promised you a role within the congo & we can now confirm to you that Katanga will be yours to rule, you will need to build up your governing council, military & police & i trust you will already have select  people earmarked for certain roles, however to run & suceed you will need to recruit.
The current state of things in Katanga at present is that the Kezembe Party are in power, however now that we are recognised as a goverment voice we can empower you & remove them  .  remember, you need to recruit your army & police forces immediatly & i suggest you waste no time in doing so, we will pave the way for you to overthrow the Kezembe and take overidding control of Katanga,

Do not see this a a loss to the west but a vote for THE IRC & a new beginning for the DBR.

Message to the IRC Chairman from Sulliman Nasarrat leader of the DBR.

i cannot say that i feel certain sadness that today saw the official handover ceremony of N'djamena chad to the Guera & Tuwkani, i was in the city to witness the what seemed a staged event! i hope you have got it right & do not allow our good work to be slowly undone, it took some convincing from me to appease my men that all is well & out time here is done & pasture new & a greater cause awaits us!

we are moving cross country recruiting at the moment drumming up support for the DBR on our way to katanga, this weekend the Brotherhoodwill be in the Mboma province, i am on route to the council meeting & i hope we are going to finalise the details for our takeover of katanga.

Ziggy dnomaid will sheriff the recruitment & passage across country to katanga & i will orchastrate our plans once we are in control of katanga.

Ziggy is an honourable leutenant of mine & he knows what we are looking for & knows how to use our influence correctly in our building of a new army.. we will also be operating hearts & minds as the west likes to call it letting our locals know they have the support of the DBR.

our main aim is to protect the Minerals this land is rich in & operate comand & control of mining & distribution.

Im sure you have not yet released word to the west that it is the DBR that will now be in charge of export of goods, i would love to see their faces when you play that trump card.

they are infadel dogs, i know you must take a political stance behind the council, but i know you feel the same.

If they think they can move us out again they are wrong we are more powerful than ever now & have a great army & backing, it would take more than the militray might of the west to unseat the DBR.

i digress, do not worry chairman we will honour the deal as agreed the Brotherhood of Roy stands to gain greatly from this new venture we enter, i will se you soon at the round table council meeting

Honourable chairman,
Great news! during our recruitment across the congo, we encountered a resistance force from what seemed to be a privatly organised army- we oppressed them once they tried to take a village we were currently close to, however they were backe dby british special forces.. it seems thsat since our vacating of CHad we are being tailed to see what our next move is!
fortunatly the small army underestimated the DBR & we opressed them back to the border of Cameroon!

we are now firmly in place in Katanga- our dominance here has been swift & ferocious but we needed to stamnp our authority
the Kezembe Ghurillas gave more fight thasn thespecial forces did! hahahaha

Ziggy D'nomaid And Eldwin Refoor are overseeing the the new regime we have established!! i have a good feeling about this chairman- you were right to place us here in Katanga, from here we have full command & control.. & the IRC will profit greatly from this venture.
