Message from Victor Aluma Kanem Guera Brotherhood

Message to IRC Chairman ******** *******

Chairman,
I am growing increasingly impatient with the current situation here in N'DJamena. Tuwkani's westernisation seems ever increasing & the presence of coalition troops has not been thinned out as promised, he constantly undermines our side of the cabinet, he opposes & stands in the ways of any decisions we make or suggest.

my army is limited in numbers yet his ( a coalition backed force) is on the increase.

I know you wish to forge trade links here through the Capital and my army on the ground are more than capable of handling ourselves against the coalition, but to import the goods & export your hawalla funds would take up much needed man power, I am not asking for help i am suggesting that if i am to strike for the city which is my intention i will need as many men on the ground as i have access to within my army capacity, I await your suggestions & your approval of my intentions.

Message from ******** ******* International Revolutionary Council

Message to Victor Aluma - Kanen Guera Brotherhood.

Victor my brother & follower of Azear,
I understand your suffering & frustration my friend, and i think we have towed their line for long enough, we have adheared to thier requests & demands & still the powershare is weighted within thier favour, time for you to prepare your military looks as though it is fast approaching.

I can offer you a solution to your dilema, this will allow your army to police N'Djamena as you so wish, allow you to prepare your cabinet & people for a push for power.

As we speak, the shipments are crossing the hotbed of Cameroon, the west are hot on our tails & i need a presence on the ground to make these Shipments dissapear as quickly as possible.

I will give you the experience & loyalty of  my own unit of bretheren, The Devine Brotherhood of ROY, they have been carrying out the IRC's bidding across this mighty continent & have recently been re organising & re grouping after many a ferocious firefight to claim Azears vision.

I will instruct them with the task of making sure the shipments are dealt with, they will also support you in whatever way you desire in the name of AZEAR.

N'Djamena will be yours Victor and Azears vision will be carried out, we shall all sit at his table & feast with him in his palace for this mighty victory.

i trust my decision pleases you.
