He and his business partners are also linked to the North Korean regime, and have links with the North Korean procurement minister, General Tam.
He usually travels with at least 2 western trained bodyguards. Renowned for his expensive tastes in everything: Cars, Suits, Wines etc. Not renowned as a devout muslim - the dollar is his god.
