Hey guys,

thought i'd introduce myself here, names lewis but called sleepy as i am generally just that. 24 and been airsofting for around 5 years now, 3 of them only playing milsims but of late i and my team have been needing that bit more..  i was pointed in this direction by another forum user and as a result we're going to attend op: red wing in april... from what i've seen from videos of events and photos and what others have said i'm sure we're going to have an experience that will be very very hard pushed to beat anywhere else... its an understatement to say i'm looking forward to it!

look forward to meeting some of you maybe there and most likely future events

cheers

The only question I really have is regarding sleeping, other weekend games we've attended usually have a part of the event when the majority of people get there heads down.  Do your events run the whole way through the nights too with missions throughout?... Stag duties?... And also is there harbour areas to setup base... Tents/jungle hammock (my prefered)?... Any help will be much appreciated!

And thank you for the welcome

Yeah we make harbour and stag on, we rotate people through down time and personal admin time on Combat missions and Copehill events as we are live for the whole time.  We find this adds to the experience that you can be contacted at any time by the enemy and likewise you can hit them anytime.

We appreciate that people that are driving need their sleep too so if anyone wants to go and sleep then we don't stop you, just let your team leader know for safety/admin reasons, you are after all paying to participate and can make that choice.

That's excellent mate!... I agree it adds to the experience, thankfully for me I won't be driving this one from London but I'll have a chat with my mate who is to let him know... He's like me and will not mind at all Smiley

thanks for the quick reply and for answering the questions
