Brothers welcome to the the african merc's thread, here i will post details of the mission & tactics  tips to the family's &  family members.
We will go through planning & operational procedure etc.

Who are we & why are we in CHAD.

Last August N'djamena,Chad saw Henry George Tuwkani elected into governmental power for Chad.
many parties were in the running, including Al Ussan A Radical Cleric & the previous government of Ahmed Fazurk who's cabinet was defunked after the encarseration of General Azearthe previous year.

Once Tuwkani was elected many Islamic groups (families) were outraged by the election outcome & protested aghainst HGT's seat of power, as he was deemed to have been influenced byt the West.

The Devine Brotherhood of Roy took the oppertunity to use the street protests in defiance of Tuwkani's election as decoy whilst they set up to snatch Tuwkani & have him executed..

there was fierceFighting on the streets of N'djamena following the kidnapping of Tuwkani & coalition forces stormed the capital & rescued Tuwkani. he was exiled from the country,
The local families forced the Coalition to the suburbs of the city,claiming a moral victory as Devine Brotherhhod of Roy took up office & ruled Chad!

As the dust settled on the Chadian capital & some form of oreder was restored, The organisation and mastermind  behind last years events formulated an authority/ governing body to deal with all the militia/ rebel factions & to bring some unity & organisation to them, so they could have a world wide voice. and the International revolutionary Council was founded.

The I.R.C. is made up of Families/ rebel factions & militia groups & organised cells,  who attend council meetings to discuss collectivly their angst against the west & coalition forces.
under the veil of peace the IRC is the mastermind behind most rebellion activity, trying to step away from being branded extremists & terrorists they now combine thier resources and man power to attack their enemies as a superpower.

The west have since announced that General Azear captured & held on crimes against humanity will face the death sentence. to add insult to Injury they intend to do it in N'djamena in august.
This angered the Council & the DBR requested the death of Malik Sangola tuwkani's aid who recently visited Chad to bridge alliances & to open negotiations with the DBR to allow Henry George Tuwkani back into power.
but as the agreement was made the west announced they would Hang General Azear an Icon & leader to the islamic World, enfuriated by this news the DBr killed Sangola & blamed it on a Blue on blue incident by american forces in the area, when a firefight broke out in the eastern suburbs of the city, whislt sangola was being escorted by the DBR (an obvious plot )

THE INTERNATIONAL REVOLUTIONARY COUNCIL has tasked the Devine brotherhood of roy as a Council member to bring all the Chadian families together to form a powerful alliance to be present in N'djamena to protest against the western presence & against the death penalty facing Our beloved,honoured, & worship General Azear.

CHAD FRANCS

Heads of Family, attached is the Template for the Chad Francs. Each Family must bring with them, a quantity of Chad francs, the money must be stored in either an acessible container or shoe box (boxes). with the family name on it.

The money will be stored in the Bank of Chad governed by the Devine Brotherhood of roy.
 a Head of a familymay request sums of money to bribe PSD teams to carry Goods for them, they may also be needed to keep the ever corrupt chad police happy. and for them to turn a blind eye to our sometimes secret activity.

The Template is front & back of a franc Bill. ideally use a front of a bill & sandwich the middle with old scrap paper (or even news paper) and use the back of the bill at the bottom of the WAD of notes you just made. to bind together wrap in cling film or use elastic bands etc... the idea is to make wads that fit into your safety deposit box (shoe box or similar) to be stored in the bank & handed out as needed.

Message to African Families & Heads of families from Sulliman (Sulli) Nasarrat


Brothers of Africa & Islam,
I Sulliman (sulli) Nasarrat have been requested to bring together the following families, to unite on the streets of N'djamena to show our discontent at the  announced public murder of General Udabi Azear by the western government.

We know of what the great general Azear has done for africa & for the state of Islam, We know he wanted unification for us & for our people to be free from the restrictions of the WEST!

gentlemen i will be in communication with you over the coming weeks to make plans for our meeting of the families, to unite as Azear would Want us to.

The International Revolutionary Council Backs our quest but must take a political stance for the greater good, and have requested that The Devine Brotherhood  Of Roy as a high ranking member of the council be at the forefront of this great quest.

The coming weeks will need much preperation, thought & planning, gather your brothers, your arms & your money & converge on the city of N'djamena on the eve of the death of Azear at the Mosque at 11Pm &  i will sit with the heads of your families & we will announce our plans to our brothers.

Harvest what  money you have gather what followers you will!
beware the eyes of those you do not trust, speak to only the ears of those you know truly want to listen, & observe those who you know not!
be cautious the west is fearful of  us! and they plan our downfall!

Message from Sulli to Family members

Salom aleikom,
brothers & Sisters our darkest day grows closer & closer, black Saturday will echo through history as one of our darkest days, when the WEST murder our beloved Azear, i ask you to pray for him & pray for your families as we prepare for this day!

The Chad police have been canvasing the city in preperation for the build up to the execution, brothers & sisters we must be vigilant & be seen to comply with their laws, many of us grew up in the same streets as our law enforcing brothers, they are our people but they fear the west!! and will police our streets heavily, however i am assurred we can co-operate efficiently with them..

however  freedom of our city will come at a price prepare to buy your freedom!

until we speak again, prepare & pray my brothers & sisters for on black saturday we turn the City red!

Mortar attacks/ Air Strikes.  3 each per Hour only. No roll overs.
These will be delivered by a marshal through your commander.

1. Man on the ground calls in request to his HQ for Mortar attack.

2. comander will then request for the delivery of said Mortar. These are linked into the regen. the more people that come in to your regen the more mortars you get. SO ALWAYS SIGN IN AT REGEN! It does have an affect on the game.

3. The marshall, will then approach the target area.!! Then will detonate the pyro to simulate attack!! Then Inform everyone with in the blast area that they are dead

Airstrikes are the same process for the coalition.

The blast area is any building with occupants and 15 foot outside radius of building.

In an open area this will be a radius of 30 feet.

Suicide Bombers.

A suicide Bomber is dictated through the Regen. Every 150 players coming into regen earns the African Mercs 1 Suicide Bomber. He will be the 150th player into Regen, so will be a random player. The regen marshal then contacts Keith to deliver the Suicide bomber along with a marshal to. (This will be a single Mk5)

Marshal dictates who is caught within the Blast radius.


Green Zone / Red Zone.
if a coalition player is fired upon from a house. They may defend themselves and return fire. They then attain permission from HQ and can enter the building.
 
If on entering the building they find no armed insurgents or hidden weapons, then the building returns to being a civilian dwelling.

If they discover the gunman or a stockpile of weapons, this building becomes coalition controlled as it is an insurgent strong hold. and coalition forces may re-enter this building at any time in the future.

So what does this mean from a game play point of view?

It means that if a coalition patrol comes under fire from a building, they must quickly surround the building and prevent the insurgents escaping from the building alive.

If the insurgent is inside or weapons found within the building, then this (when searched) is classed as a insurgent and the building becomes coalition controlled.

Any weapons found will be returned to the mosque.

In the red zone this is classed as hostile and any building can be entered and anyone can be shot at.
If a green zone becomes under intense fire (i.e. African mercs are in all out war pushing from house to house in large numbers) then the zone would become Red, and a state of emergency would be declared!

For an area to become green. The Coalition must secure the Green line area! They must then search every building and area within the potential green zone. Once clear the Coalition HQ will declare this area a Green Zone.

Message to the African families from Sulliman Nasarrat

Aleikom salom,
This coming saturday will see the Western government Hang our beloved General Azear, A man you all know about.

I have as a matter of due course & respect organised a truce in the city of N'djamena on this coming saturday!

I have agreed with the police & the military that in order for us to be present at the ceremony for Azear we must become a peaceful community!

therefore i say to you as we line the streets on saturday at approximatly 11.00hrs & we praise our glorious General as he makes the long procession on his way to the court house, be peaceful & respectful, he has written to me to request this! he does not want to see anger or frustration he wants to see, light, life & free Africans, free from the srtuggle, free from opression of the West.. let us give this condemned man his final request, so we will line the streets in Celebration of his life..

However once the WEST take him from this life & his spirit is lifted to ALLAH to sit with him at his right hand side.. Then.. Then BLACK SATURDAY will commence upon the streets of N'djamena, blood will flow & heads will roll, victory will be our & we will send the westerners home.

I will show no remorse to any soilder that stands before me, we will use every trick in the book to quash them & remove them from our soil.

will you help me remove this filth from our Africa..

The preperations are set, the West will not reprive General Azear & the death sentence will commence

Heads of families must meet at the Mosque at 23:00hrs on friday to formulate our plans for Black Saturday.

Only familie heads will be allowed into hte meeting!
family memebers may convien in the courtyard outside the mosque & i will address then once we have sat & discussed our plans.

then on Saturday history will again be written
