TweetWith DBR forces rallying in the town of Koro Toro near the Kanem border the Coalition's Task Force White must prevent the DBR from gaining control of the town and locate and detain the local DBR Commander, Lokis Tahri.

The recent fighting in Faya Largeau has seen both KGB National Army and DBR fighters suffer heavy losses but it seems the DBR are unwilling to give up without a fight. Lokis Tahri, the man believed to be in charge of DBR forces in northern Chad, has rallied those fighters left and they are making a stand at Koro Toro, a small town 40 km north of the border of Kanem home of the Kanem Guera Brotherhood movement.
President Victor Aluma has been vocal in his outrage at the idea of DBR forces so close to his party’s homeland especially after the destruction poured upon the region last year, with Moussoro in particular the scene of heavy fighting and Coalition air strikes. Following the DBR's Spring Offensive in March, Victor Aluma has requested Task Force White to take over control of the town of Koro Toro and has withdrawn KGB Forces from the town.
