Continuing Stirling Airsoft's AOW - Tour Of Duty series of airsoft games and combat missions:
With the push for democracy in Chad through superior Western firepower in full swing, many politicians from the ISAT nations have decided to use this as a public relations exercise by visiting the forces stationed there. All transfers of visiting dignitaries have been ordered to be conducted via air at all times as the roads are too vulnerable to attack from extremists. A senior member of SI7 has brought the UK's Prime Minister's attention to this rise in high profile individuals being in an active area of operations and recommended that greater limitations be placed upon these men and women's movements until the security situation can be better controlled.
A broken radio transmission was received from a VIP transport helicopter en route to Sarh, in the south of the country, from N'Djamena. It reported engine malfunctions just outside the town of Bousso and since then has not been heard of. Special Forces combat search and rescue teams have been scrambled with immediate effect and are inbound to the last known coordinates as the VIP is a junior minister of the British Parliament on a fact finding visit and would make a huge coup if he ended up in the hands of the enemy; with only a small protection team on board there are grave concerns for his safety. Any leverage like this will be a massive morale boost for the Chadian's opposed to Western influence and induce the spirit of Azear.
The search area is thought to contain a light population loyal to the Kanem Guera Brotherhood but with reinforcements only a short distance away in Bousso it is imperative the CSAR teams make contact as soon as possible and extract to safety. The jungle canopy is too thick to search with satellites and drones so all areas will have to be checked on the ground. Extraction will also be difficult as there are limited areas to land safely. It is feared that if retrieval of the minister is not made immediately then he will be moved from village to village and be almost impossible to trace.
Locate the crashed helicopter and seize any ISAT members on board. Secure the prisoners until transfer to Bousso.
Locate crash site and extract high profile individual and CP team.
Protect the Minister from harm until extraction by CSAR.
