The International Revolutionary Council have been keeping a low profile since their losses of key power positions In N’djamena Chad & Katanga. Their trafficking routes were closed down & their cash flow seized by SI7 & Task Force Black. SI7 & SOCA (striling’s Organised Crime Agency) have been gathering intel on the situation & are planning to once again shut down the IRC
